Clean your smartphone charging port day

Maybe I am the special kind of stupid, but I’ve had issues with plugging in my USB C cable into my Nexus 5X for a while. It kept falling out when I wanted to keep it plugged in to charge it.

But just a short while ago I had the smart idea to actually google my problem. The solution is painfully simple.

Use a needle to clean out the port and the cable will stop falling out.

I just feel a tiny bit stupid now.

So to all those with this kind of problem I define this day the day to clean your smartphone port.

February 21st shall be the day where you pick up a needle and clean your smartphone port if you haven’t done it in a while.
